3 Weeks of limited Training – Hip Injury – Piriformis

3 weeks ago I had to dramatically reduce my training of c80 miles a week to under 30 – after 3 chiropractor treatments and acupuncture I’m on the mend but well out of practice and this mornings scheduled run was more of a hobble and a sign the new year would start slow. My left hip is too high, caused by over exercise – typical – but with far too much rest will hopefully recover in time for new year…
