 2021 

APRIL

Run Britain - Circumnavigation

200 Marathons in 100 Days. Nick will circumnavigate Great Britain, running anti clockwise from the Eden Project in St Austell Cornwall. Running 2 marathons per day and covering 8400km, Nick will keep the water on his right. This journey is designed to support the planet, raise awareness and funds for Nick's charity The 196 Foundation. www.the196foundation.com, and celebrate the end of lockdown.

April 17th - July 26th. Starting and Finishing at the Eden Project.

AUGUST

Malawi - North to South 

Africa in Summer. Nick will run from the very north to the very south of this beautiful country, taking in the glorious Lake Malawi. Around 1000 miles, the journey should take around a month with stop offs to visit schools, charity projects, and to support well drilling and sustainable solar projects.

OCTOBER

Speaking Tour - UK & Europe

Join Nick from October 1st at one of 120 events around the UK and Europe. Tickets are on sale HERE. For enquires please contact speakerbookings@nickbutter.com. Nick will be sharing stories from the road; including his world record setting adventure to run a marathon in every country, plus tales from the Italian Grand Tour, Run Britain and more.

SEPTEMBER

Bali - Circumnavigation

Indonesia at its best. Together with fellow runners Nick and his team will document Bali on foot. Attempting to run around the island in 10 days, while. also capturing the culture for a photobook. Nick's environmental iniative Free Your Footprint will also be used to support local projects. All runners are welcome to get involved.

JANUARY

Himalayas - East to West

From Bhutan in the East to Pakistan in the West, Nick will travel across the entire length of Nepal using the Great Himalayan Trail on both the lower and upper routes. With a heavy pack, and the air thin, Nick and a bunch of friends will stay in tea houses and shepherd huts as they run. This covers 1500 miles.

JAPAN - North to South

A cultural overload - Nick has long wanted to explore Japan and what better way than to run another North to South. Covering around 30 miles per day, zigzagging the country, Nick will visit rural, urban, most westerly, more easterly and of course the very north and the very south, including the far southerly islands. Nick will capture this journey for a large format photography book.
